For this purpose, we use a tool that stores your privacy settings. It indicates whether or not you consent to the use of specific types of cookies on our website.

Statistical Analysis of Our Website
We use analytical data collection tools to help us understand how users use our Website. The data we receive from these tools does not provide us with information about a specific person known by name, but allows us to record various aspects of a given user's use of the Website. We can aggregate and analyze this data statistically, and then use it to make decisions about changes to our Store and/or our advertising and marketing communications.A list of the analytical tools we use on the Website, along with an explanation of: (1) who provides the tool, (2) what it is used for, and (3) what data is collected within each tool, can be found in Appendix 1 to this policy, and briefly in the cookie consent management panel.
- Advertising Cookies
We use advertising tools that allow us to display our ads on other websites you visit, including social media (so-called targeted advertising), measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, and tailor the content of our communications to the information we hold about you.
A list of the advertising tools we use on the Website, along with an explanation of: (1) who provides the tool, (2) what it is used for, can be found in Appendix 1 to this policy, and briefly in the cookie consent management panel. - Functional Cookies
Some cookies on our website are used to enable additional tools on the Store's website, such as chat, a module for adding product reviews and/or star ratings, the ability to recommend a product to a friend, the ability to display recently viewed products in our Store, etc.
A list of the functional tools we use on our Website, along with an explanation of their specific purposes, can be found in the cookie consent management panel.
Social Media Plugins and Links
We have included links to our social media profiles on our Website: Facebook / Instagram. If you visit our profile on a given website, the owner of that website will receive information – just as with users navigating from any other website – that you have reached these websites from our Store. -
- Details regarding data processing by these social media sites can be found on the websites of their providers:
Facebook and Instagram - https://www.facebook.com/privacy/center/
We use social media plugins in our Store, which allow you to, for example, share a product from our Store on your profile, like our product on Facebook, or save an image from our Website to your Pinterest account. Legal issues regarding cookies
The legal basis for the Store's use of necessary cookies (indicated above in the "What cookies do we use?" section) is our legitimate interest, i.e., the right to operate a website that supports our business, and the need to maintain its security.
The legal basis for our use of other cookies is your consent.
In connection with our processing of your personal data using cookies, you have the rights described in the "Your rights in connection with data processing" section at any time.
Our use of cookies, particularly for advertising purposes, may involve profiling. This means that we or the marketing companies we use may create a user profile based on collected information (e.g., email address, order history, device type, technology used, frequency of visits) and, based on this, make purchase predictions for the future. This allows us to decide what content (including advertisements) to display on our and other websites.
How long do cookies remain on the user's device?
It depends on whether they are "persistent" or "session" cookies. Session cookies, which are information necessary for browser functionality to function properly, expire at the end of the user session, meaning each time you close our Website. Persistent cookies that make using the Website easier (e.g., remembering the selected resolution, content layout, user preferences, recently viewed products) will be stored longer in your browser and will remain there until their expiry date, unless you delete them earlier using your browser's settings.
Third-party cookies (i.e., analytical, advertising, and social media cookies) are subject to their own privacy policies, to which we provide links in this policy.

APPENDIX 1 TO THE PRIVACY POLICY OF THE Lily's Romance STORE - LIST OF ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICAL TOOLS USING COOKIES
- ANALYTICAL COOKIES:
We use Google Analytics.
The information Google Analytics collects about users includes: how many times a user visits the website; which subpages they visit; the date of the first and last visit; the duration of the visit; the page from which the user arrived (the source); the browser the user uses; the link that was clicked; the location in the world from which the user is accessing the website; an anonymized (shortened) IP address, etc.
Google assigns individual users a unique identifier (so-called Google ID) and stores data obtained from cookies from various websites on its servers. Cookies from our Store's software provider
The software provider that powers our Store—i.e., the owner of the shoper.pl platform—places cookies on our Website to collect aggregate information about how customers use our online stores (pages opened and how long they spend on them, products displayed, clicks on the Store's website, and analytical information about purchases, such as conversion rates).
This data is used to create aggregate reports for online store owners, containing general (non-personal) information, such as which products interest customers, which times of the year experience increased traffic or sales, etc. This allows retailers (including us) to improve their stores and optimize sales processes. You can read full information on this topic in the Shoper Store Visitors Cookie Policy.
-
- ADVERTISING COOKIES
We use Google Ads and other Google advertising tools.
Google collects data from cookies placed on your device on its servers. This data is collected on all websites where you have allowed Google to use cookies for advertising purposes (including our Website), as well as from ads you have clicked on. Google uses this information to display ads on other websites you visit. Google cookies typically expire after 3 months.
As advertisers using Google services, we do not have access to the data from cookies stored on your device, but we can send advertisements to audiences with characteristics we select, for example, to all people who have visited our website (or a specific subpage) in the last 7 days. This data serves only as statistical material for us, and we only send advertisements based on aggregate criteria (to specific target groups, not to a specific user). We may also use (as part of using Google Marketing Platform) tools to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (e.g. how many people clicked on a given ad within a given period of time).
-
- You can read more about how Google uses cookies to display ads and how you can manage your ad settings at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=pl and https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/7549925?hl=pl.
