We have created this privacy policy for visitors to the website https://lilys-romance.com (hereinafter "Website"), i.e., the Lily's Romance online store (hereinafter "Store").

The controller of your personal data in connection with your use of the Store is: Ewelina Konopka, an entrepreneur conducting business under the name Art Decoratif Ewelina Konopka, with its registered office at Pańska 12, 86-300 Grudziądz, entered into the Central Registration and Information on Business, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8-121-865-163, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 523-750-680.

    We have included links to our social media profiles on our Website: Facebook / Instagram. If you visit our profile on a given website, the owner of that website will receive information – just as with users navigating from any other website – that you have reached these websites from our Store.

      We use social media plugins in our Store, which allow you to, for example, share a product from our Store on your profile, like our product on Facebook, or save an image from our Website to your Pinterest account.       The social media provider will receive information that your browser has viewed our Website, even if you are not logged in to the given social media site or do not have a profile on it;

How long do cookies remain on the user's device?

Session cookies, which are information necessary for browser functionality to function properly, expire at the end of the user session, meaning each time you close our Website. Providing the above data is not mandatory, but it is necessary to process your order, issue an invoice, notify you about the status of your order, respond to your inquiry or complaint, etc.

How long do we process data?

Who do we share your data with?

In our business, we use the services of other collaborating companies, so your data may be entrusted to: the company providing us with the software to run the Store, the accounting firm, the hosting provider of our Website, the hosting provider of our email, and other companies whose services and marketing tools we use. Your data is also transferred to courier companies and payment intermediaries to fulfill your order, but these companies are separate controllers of personal data.

For the purposes of the marketing activities described above in the "Cookies" section, we use services provided by entities based in the US (Google, Facebook). Therefore, personal data may be transferred to third countries that are not members of the European Union. APPENDIX 1 TO THE PRIVACY POLICY OF THE Lily's Romance STORE - LIST OF ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICAL TOOLS USING COOKIES

  1. ANALYTICAL COOKIES:
    We use Google Analytics.
    The information Google Analytics collects about users includes: how many times a user visits the website; which subpages they visit; the date of the first and last visit; the duration of the visit; the page from which the user arrived (the source); the browser the user uses; the link that was clicked; the location in the world from which the user is accessing the website; an anonymized (shortened) IP address, etc.
    Google assigns individual users a unique identifier (so-called Google ID) and stores data obtained from cookies from various websites on its servers. We – as the owner of the Website – may receive reports (statistics) from Google related solely to the traffic on our Website. These reports, of course, only cover users who have consented to having their visits to our Website recorded by Google Analytics.

    2. Cookies from our Store's software provider
      The software provider that powers our Store—i.e., the owner of the shoper.pl platform—places cookies on our Website to collect aggregate information about how customers use our online stores (pages opened and how long they spend on them, products displayed, clicks on the Store's website, and analytical information about purchases, such as conversion rates).
      This data is used to create aggregate reports for online store owners, containing general (non-personal) information, such as which products interest customers, which times of the year experience increased traffic or sales, etc. This allows retailers (including us) to improve their stores and optimize sales processes.

  2. ADVERTISING COOKIES
    We use Google Ads and other Google advertising tools.
    Google collects data from cookies placed on your device on its servers. This data is collected on all websites where you have allowed Google to use cookies for advertising purposes (including our Website), as well as from ads you have clicked on. Google uses this information to display ads on other websites you visit. Google cookies typically expire after 3 months.
    As advertisers using Google services, we do not have access to the data from cookies stored on your device, but we can send advertisements to audiences with characteristics we select, for example, to all people who have visited our website (or a specific subpage) in the last 7 days. This data serves only as statistical material for us, and we only send advertisements based on aggregate criteria (to specific target groups, not to a specific user). We may also use (as part of using Google Marketing Platform) tools to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (e.g. how many people clicked on a given ad within a given period of time).
